Union Bank & Trust recently welcomed Beth Kapke as Officer—Retail Loan Operations.
With over eight years of industry experience, Kapke oversees and leads all aspects of retail loan operations including process development and implementation, pipeline management, operational aspects of product development and reporting. She attended Peru State College and received a degree in Criminal Justice. Kapke is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Concordia University.
