Lincoln’s newest charitable club, Lincoln’s Cosmopolitan Club, that focuses on serving people with diabetes organized its first fundraiser last month, and the event raised over $1,800 and paid out cash prizes of $300 at a volleyball tournament. A special thank you to primary sponsors: Big Red Storage, Allstate – Earnest & Associates, Farm Bureau – Chad Christensen & Dustin Lottman, and Single Barrel. For the next event, the Club will be raffling away a pair of football tickets to the Husker vs. Miami football game on September 2.
