Mark your calendars for August 21st for plenty of skate, local art and live music in the Railyard! With a line-up of sponsors including Mellow Mushroom, Red Bull, The Tint Shop and more to come, there will be plenty of action on Canopy Street to take advantage of. Railyard businesses will be serving up great food and cold drinks, with a portion of the proceeds going to Skate for Change and The BAY.

Highlights of the skate contests, with events for intermediate and expert skaters, will include the Mellow Mushroom Mini-Ramp Jam (with cash prizes for placing in the top three including $1,000 1st Place prize in the Expert division!) and the Top-Shop video contest on the Railyard Screen. The Guinness Book of World Records will also be on-site to document the largest hand-drawn maze in the world, which has been decorated on the mini-ramp that will be used by skaters for the competition. Skaters can register for the competition at the event, which will be an exciting show for all in attendance!

The event will also feature an art walk presented by Mosaic Lincoln to kick off the evening at 5 p.m. and there will be live music by Hear Nebraska until 10 p.m.
