How did you get started in the business? – I began my career in the computer business in 1996. I’d been working for DIT Corporation in Lincoln for five years and with my experience and background in computer technology, I had some ideas on how to improve service for our customers that I shared. I was later afforded the opportunity to expand on these ideas and ended up finding a way to make our offerings better and more affordable for small businesses.

What has been your most important achievement professionally? – I find satisfaction every time I am able to help a customer, whether solving a simple problem or one that is complex and requires time and parts. I also take great pride in the numerous referrals of friends and family that have helped us grow the business. Customer satisfaction, and just being able to understand a customer’s need and help them, is very rewarding to me.

What is your favorite thing to do on a day off? – Spend time with my wife and kids, watch movies, or go on a bike ride. I also like to take short trips with my family driving around Nebraska through small towns and interesting areas.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? – Treat people the way you would like that they treat you.

What is your favorite book or the last good book you read? – The Eye of the World by Robert Jordan.
