Jackie Patterson has been a promoter of health for over 25 years as a dental hygienist.  A few years ago, she began using the Body By Vi products and found that it helped with her Crohn’s disease symptoms that she’d been experiencing for 30 years.  She has since become medication and diet restriction-free and wanted to share that possibility with everyone, so she became a rep for the products and the 90 Day Challenge.  The Challenge is designed to help you achieve your health/fitness goal in 90 day increments to keep the goal from being overwhelming.  It centers around replacing 1-2 meals per day with a shake mix that tastes like cake mix, as well as all the fruit, vegetables, fiber and protein that you need for a complete meal.
