We are so excited about the cover this month!! As you can see, our ‘cover models’ are two of Strictly Busin ess’s own: 10-year-old Zane Zutavern (Paige’s son) and Delaney Woltman, Angela Woltman’s daughter who will turn 3 in January. We have been so busy putting our clients on the cover that we haven’t gotten to feature our kids for a while, so when we decided to have Shane and Sunny Photography as our cover feature this month, it just made sense that their ‘subject matter’ would be our little ones!! We can’t say enough about how good these two are with the children they photograph. When we arrived, little Delaney wasn’t having the best of days and we didn’t think there was any chance we’d get a good picture of her (or get her to let go of her mom’s leg, for that matter!). However, when Shane and Sunny started working their magic, Delaney didn’t stand a chance! After a few funny noises and some antics with a frog on Sunny’s head, Delaney was sitting like a little princess with a big smile on her face! We couldn’t be more pleased with the resulting photos and would recommend Shane and Sunny to anyone who wants some gorgeous pictures!
Appearing on the cover is Joe Thallas, the proud general manager and part owner of Brandeis Catering, an event  planning and catering company with a staff second to none. Under Thallas’ direction Brandeis Catering has become the metro area’s premier full-service caterer.
Brandeis Catering was started in the early 1970’s by Marcia and Alan Baer. The Baer family had several restaurants in the Brandeis Department Stores along with managing all the food service and concessions for Aksarben Coliseum and Race Track. The Baer’s enjoyed entertaining so starting a catering company just seemed natural.
