The West Gate Bank® Board of Directors has elected Nicole Norblade to Mortgage Loan Underwriting Officer, Margaret Hobelman to Cashier, and Deborah Webster to Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer.
Nicole Norblade joined the bank in November of 2012 as a Junior Underwriter. Prior to coming to West Gate Bank®, Norblade was a Loan Processor at Great Western Bank and has worked over 10 years in the mortgage industry. As Mortgage Loan Underwriting Officer, Norblade will continue to review all mortgage loan files to determine risk, review appraisals and make sure the overall file meets the program requirements and investor guidelines for sale on the secondary market. Norblade recently received her FHA DE (Direct Endorsement) underwriting designation, which allows her to independently underwrite and decision FHA loans.
Margaret Hobelman began her West Gate Bank® career in August of 1999 and most recently served as Assistant Cashier. As Cashier, Hobelman will lead ALCO, perform budgeting, accounts payables, liquidity management, FHLB, Business Analytics and various other financial duties. Hobelman is a recent graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, where she served as class secretary.
Deborah Webster has been with West Gate Bank® for 25 years. As the longest tenured employee, Webster worked various positions within the bank and most recently served as Senior Vice President/Cashier in Operations. As Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, Webster will oversee all of the Operations Department staff and responsibilities. She will also serve as a member of the Executive Committee to represent the operations area.
