Union Title recently welcomed Michelle Millsap as an Escrow Closer. Millsap has over three years of processing and residential escrow closing experience, including background broker residential, lender closing and for-sale-by-owner transactions. In addition, she has banking and state government experience with the Department of Economic Development. Her responsibilities will include processing, clearing title requirements and closing real estate transactions. Millsap volunteers at the Villa Marie Home & School for Exceptional Children and has been involved in dog rescue since 1995.
