Southlake Village Rehabilitation and Care Center is pleased to announce that Autumn Oxendine, MSW has joined the Southlake Village team as Social Services Coordinator.
Autumn is thrilled to be part of the Southlake Village team. She feels privileged to work with the individuals served at Southlake Village stating “it is an honor to be able to listen to their stories and participate in their lives.”
Southlake Village is owned and operated by Vetter Health Services, and was specifically designed to meet the needs of seniors requiring short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing services. At Southlake Village, they have created a culture of rehabilitation and overall improvement of health and their team is dedicated to encouraging and motivating patients to excel in therapy and regain daily life skills.
