Health at Home Consultants are pleased to welcome Sarah Baltensperger as their Community Liaison.  Sarah has experience in working with hospitals and long term care organizations to help them to improve their patient-centered care.  She has also worked in the community to educated healthcare professionals and families on hospice services.  Sarah has a strong passion for high quality healthcare and customer service, and a drive to educate the community on the resources available to individuals in their home environment.

Health at Home Consultants is a Nurse Practitioner owned business specializing in providing home based medical care.  Their mission is to provide safe, quality, home-based medical care which is cost-effective, patient-focused and responsive to the needs of the community.  They provide health care service to aid in preventing and protecting against disease and disability; promote health and well-being; and as a result, enhance quality of life.
