HOME Real Estate agent Pam Oliver recently earned her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD) designations from the National Association of Realtors. The SRES designation is to help realtors meet the special real estate needs of maturing Americans. By earning the SRES designation, Oliver is prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions.
At Home With Diversity teaches realtors how to work effectively with, and within, a rapidly changing multicultural market. At Home with Diversity addresses the topics of diversity, fair housing and business planning development.
In addition, Oliver completed a course on short sales and foreclosures and was named to the Nebraska Realtors Association’s Statewide Professional Standards Review Committee. This is a committee of about 25 members who meet twice a year and oversee interpretation of the Realtors Code of Ethics.
