Lindsey Regnier Promoted to Operations Manager at Smoking Gun Jerky

For the past year, customers at Smoking Gun Jerky have been greeted by Lindsey Regnier, store manager at Smoking Gun.  Lindsey has recently been promoted to Operations Manager and will oversee all vendor accounts, production and retail store operations.

The Smoking Gun store, located at 443 N. 48th Street, is a favorite for big game hunters that make their own jerky at home using the Smoking Gun Jerky Marinade.  The strength of this product is the fact that it permeates the meat unlike existing dry rubs on the market.  It’s quick and easy to use and produces a healthy nutritious snack at an economical cost, giving hunters another option when it comes to processing their game.  Originated by owner Dave Ferguson, the marinade is low in sodium, gluten free, and low in calories.  The store makes and sells over 30 varieties of fresh jerky daily with their own original marinade and also carries a wide variety of Nebraska-Made products.

Store hours are M-F 10 AM – 8 PM, Saturday 10 AM – 6 PM and Sunday, 12 Noon – 5 PM.
