In September, Lancaster Rehabilitation Center welcomed three seasoned leaders to their team. Crystal Schell, Director of Financial Services for the 240 bed skilled nursing facility, brings with her a wealth of experience in working with the Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and long-term care health plans. She and her staff manage the billing and financial management for the campus.
Sharon Schweitzer, Community Relations Liaison, has served the health care industry for over 21 years. As the Community Relations Liaison, Schweitzer is responsible for marketing, admission assistance, and building positive relationships within the greater community.
Darcee Fricke, the new Business Development Coordinator, promotes the long and short term services that Lancaster Rehab has to offer through the media, on-site tours, and events throughout the community. “We’re certainly pleased to bring these high-caliber professionals to our team,” commented Lancaster Rehab Administrator Amy Fish. “They represent the polish and expertise of the entire Lancaster team,” added Fish.
