As part of his work and participation in extended Gallup training and education programs, Jeff Dousharm has been recognized and certified in Gallup’s behavioral economic management and leadership science. Dousharm uses the lessons and science behind Gallup’s programs to lead his teams at Tiger Rock Academy in Lincoln and Omaha, NE and also in Pensacola, FL. Additionally, Dousharm integrates and applies the management and leadership science in his own coaching and consulting programs he offers nationwide.
