James Lamb Joins Goings Homes of Lincoln

Mike and Vicki Goings are pleased to announce the addition of James Lamb to the Goings Homes team. Goings Homes has been building custom designed single-family homes and townhomes since 1993, most recently specializing in energy efficient high-performance homes and third-party “Certified Green Built” homes. This business focus is what makes James the perfect fit to help guide Goings Homes into the future.

James’ past experience in the building industry is extensive. He is licensed with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) to certify new homes as “Green Built”. He is also licensed to perform Energy Star audits with the Department of Energy. In 2009, he was selected as a National Energy Star Partner of the Year. In addition, he owned a business that specialized in retrofitting existing homes with energy efficient insulation and window packages.

Mike and Vicki will continue to be involved in day to day operations to help ensure the success of James and his wife, Tyley, as they move towards full ownership of Goings Homes over the next five years.
