Denise Hohensee, RN has added a new role to her extensive background in home health care. Denise is now functioning as the Recruiter/Educator for Elite Professionals Home Care Company. With this shift of responsibilities it has given the agency an edge in their recruitment efforts for Home Health Aide staff. The beauty of this arrangement is that Denise is recruiting the candidates, educating, training and orienting them in order for them to have successful futures in working for Elite Professionals!
Along with the Nurse Aide Class, Denise also coordinates and teaches all additional training and in-services for the agency for all levels of staff from Care Companions, Nurse Aides and Nurses. This includes High-Tech Ventilator, Tracheostomy training and End of Life and Palliative Care and Hospice training. This gives the referral source confidence that Elite’s staff is trained to meet their needs. It allows families the ability to relax and be a family member, versus needing to be a caregiver for their loved one during their journey.
Denise Hohensee has been a Registered Nurse for 32 years. She graduated from Bryan School of Nursing and has worked in Home Health Care in Lincoln her entire career. Denise has been married for 32 years and has raised three sons. She loves spending time with her family and travelling.
