The Law Firm of Kinsey Rowe Becker & Kistler, LLP, is pleased to announce that Amanda M. Civic has joined the firm as an associate attorney.

A native of Lincoln, Ms. Civic attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she graduated with High Distinction receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Studies.  Ms. Civic then attended the University of Nebraska College of Law where she was a senior member of the Nebraska Moot Court Board and earned multiple awards including the Pat Gies Memorial Award for Outstanding Clinic Work for her dedication as a student attorney at the Nebraska College of Law’s Immigration Clinic.

As a law student, Ms. Civic interned at the Omaha Immigration Court in Omaha, Nebraska and clerked for a private immigration law firm.  She also worked at a personal injury law firm for six years through her undergraduate and law school career.  Ms. Civic graduated from law school with Distinction in May of 2012.  Prior to joining KRBK Law, Ms. Civic handled immigration, personal injury and workers’ compensation cases as a solo practitioner. Ms. Civic is fluent in Spanish, admitted to practice in Nebraska and is currently practicing in the areas of immigration, civil litigation and administrative law.
