A van tour of Lincoln’s Bluff Road Landfill and a presentation highlighting the Landfill Gas Collection and Control System are in store for attendees of the upcoming Green Team Roundtable on Wednesday, June 13th.  This informal lunch meeting will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Bluff Road Landfill, 6001 Bluff Road, located about 1-1/4 mile north of I-80 and Highway 77.  Green Team Roundtables are peer-to-peer networking meetings organized by WasteCap Nebraska for business owners, green teams and individuals interested in learning about sustainable business practices.

Cost to attend the event is $12 or $10 for WasteCap Nebraska members, and includes a zero- waste lunch prepared by GUP Truck Catering.  The van tour will be limited to the first 44 registrants.  The Roundtable is being sponsored by the Lincoln Solid Waste Management Association.
