The Governor’s Wellness Award was created in 2007 to recognize Nebraska employers that have developed successful models for encouraging wellness at work. Tabitha’s award-winning company culture includes an essential focus on employee wellness and life balance. As part of this commitment, the organization offers monthly wellness challenges, health-focused educational seminars, and free access to Tabitha’s on-site health clinic and fitness gym for employees and their families, to name a few.
