Friendship Home has once again partnered with StarTran, Digity, Walmart and Sam’s Club stores for their annual Stuff the Bus event. This event asks the Lincoln community to literally “stuff a bus” full of new items needed by families staying at Friendship Home. The items donated will stock the shelter shelves for the coming year.
Friendship Home volunteers will be at all Lincoln Walmart and Sam’s Club stores on April 11th and 12th from 10am to 5pm handing out needs lists for its shelters. Anyone who would like to donate as a part of this event is welcome to pick up a list, choose some items to purchase and help “stuff the bus” parked outside the store.
