Jenny Ekeler of Lincoln, Director of Finance and Human Resources for St. Monica’s Behavioral Health Services for Women, was selected among hundreds of applicants from across the country to participate in a new national Executive Leadership Program of the National Council for Behavioral Health.

The 28 executives selected for this program represent some of the greatest leaders of community mental health and addictions organizations in the nation.  During the 10-month program, they will perfect their leadership and management skills through coaching, training and performance improvement with the goal of improving the behavioral healthcare field’s leaders by preparing them to thrive as the American healthcare system continues to transform.

Additionally in January, St. Monica’s achieved its fifth consecutive three-year accreditation from CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.  St. Monica’s Behavioral Health Services for Women provides substance abuse and mental health treatment for more than 350 women and their families per year through a variety of residential and outpatient treatment programs in Lincoln.
