Nebraska Community Blood Bank NCBB Announces High School T-shirt Contest

The Nebraska Community Blood Bank (NCBB) is reaching out into the high school community in search of a creative design for a high school blood drive t-shirt. The t-shirts will be distributed to first time blood donors at all high school blood drives in the 2012-2013 school year. Only high school aged students are eligible to enter this contest.

While originality and creativity are highly encouraged, there are some limitations on the design itself. Each design is limited to four colors. The winning design will be produced on a white t-shirt with sponsoring logos on the back. Any copyrighted material or trademarked images, other than the NCBB logo, are not allowed. By entering, contestants will agree to relinquish all copyrights to submitted art work.

All submissions will be reviewed by a selection committee made up of graphic design, advertising and marketing community members, in addition to the NCBB staff. The winner will be announced on May 15, 2012.

To submit a design, include your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address with design and send to cstanley@ncbb.org or mail to the Nebraska Community Blood Bank, Communications Department, 100 N. 84th Street, Lincoln, NE 68505. NCBB must receive all submissions by May 1.
