American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) Annual Fund Raising Event Announced

The fun-filled annual Mardi Gras Celebration, including a silent auction, will be on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, from 6-9 p.m. at The Falls Reception Hall at 5925 Adams Street.  Doors will open at 5:45 pm.  All proceeds from this event will be given away to non-traditional students attending two or four year programs.  Last year the ABWA Lincoln Chapter raised over four thousand dollars!  Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.

American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) is a national association dedicated to bringing together women of diverse backgrounds and providing opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow professionally and personally through leadership, education, networking support and national recognition.  The Lincoln Network Chapter was chartered in May, 1990 and remains very active with a growing membership.
