Waste Connections of Nebraska, with the help of cancer survivor Kim Mittlestadt, are reaching out to the community through pink recycling bins.  Waste Connections is offering the pink bins by request, and subsequently will donate one dollar to the American Cancer Society for each month the bin is in use.  The promotion and visibility of recycling and cancer awareness are what make these bins an exciting addition, as both are current issues affecting our local and global communities.  Waste Connections is proud to give back to the Lincoln community–and give their new and existing customers a chance to support these causes–in addition to providing their reliable waste removal services for Lincoln residents.

Waste Connections, Inc. is an integrated solid waste services company that provides waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services.  They serve more than two million residential, commercial, and industrial customers in 31 states.
