The Ambassador Health System Named Quality Respiratory Care Provider in Nebraska

The Ambassador Health System‘s Lincoln and Omaha facilities, offering short-term rehabilitation, extended care and adult pulmonary services, have been named quality respiratory care providers by The American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) under a new program to ensure patients and residents in skilled nursing facilities have access to services provided by qualified respiratory therapists.  Organizations that meet the Quality Respiratory Care Recognition (QRCR) requirements provide a level of respiratory care consistent with national standards and guidelines, and should be commended for their commitment to quality care.

The American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) is a not-for-profit, professional organization, consisting of 46,000 respiratory therapists, physicians, and other health care professionals. AARC is dedicated to assisting persons with respiratory diseases receive safe and effective respiratory care.
