Sumner Place Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation recently hosted friends, associates and colleagues on June 26 to celebrate the one year anniversary of our new name, logo and updated community. All in attendance enjoyed an evening of live music, refreshments and tours. Sumner Place has received heaps of praise about the great “home-like” feel of interior decorating and personal experiences which radiate love, peace, spiritual contentment, dignity and safety. Visitors often comment that Sumner Place feels different, a “family serving family” environment.
Sumner Place is one of 32 facilities owned or managed by Vetter Health Service (VHS) group of Omaha, Nebraska. The Sumner Place administrator and staff develop plans to continually improve their care and services with the support from the VHS network. Operating decisions are made locally to ensure Sumner Place remains responsive to the needs of its residents and community.
