Husker Rehabilitation and Wellness Participates in Gallup’s First Small-Business Training Program

The Husker Rehab team is excited to participate in Gallup’s Entrepreneur Acceleration System (EAS) which combines the best of existing entrepreneurial development thinking with Gallup’s deep experience understanding the human motivations, attitudes, and behaviors that correlate with faster and more sustainable firm growth. Husker Rehab is participating through this yearlong program through a generous sponsorship by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

The EAS program focuses mainly on behavioral economic management principles in areas such as building entrepreneurial strengths and talents, creating a road map for growth, creating engaged workplaces, building an emotional connection to customers and learning the fundamentals of performance management. Throughout the 12-month program, a Gallup facilitator will conduct workshops and surveys at the location of the participating businesses.  The businesses will also attend bi-monthly summits on Gallup’s campus where they will be able to network and learn from similar businesses going through the program.

Husker Rehab helps get patients moving again through state-of-the-art physical therapy and rehabilitation treatments, and keeps them moving through exceptional preventive care.
