GracePointe Opens New Community on Tabitha’s Lincoln Campus

Tabitha Elder Care Services is proud to announce the opening of a new community at GracePointe Assisted Living & Memory Care Suites. The new, third-floor neighborhood provides an additional 24 apartments for individuals in need of assistance with activities of daily living, such as medication management, dressing, bathing and social interaction.

GracePointe Assisted Living & Memory Care Suites is a 63-bed facility designed for Elders who are not yet in need of skilled nursing care, yet require assistance with the activities of daily living. The facility features maintenance-free residences that provide around-the-clock personal care as well as activities focused on health, wellness and memory support.

As a nonprofit organization serving 28 counties, Tabitha’s love embraces a society where everyone is valued and empowered to live life to the fullest, with compassionate at-home support, innovative living communities, exceptional rehabilitation, health care and hospice services.
