Dave Anderson and Cara Kirsch Join Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska

Dave Anderson has joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska as vice president of finance.

For the past 16 years, Anderson served numerous roles at Millard Lumber Inc., including vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer and member of the board of directors.

Anderson is active in the community, serving as president of the Millard Public Schools Board of Education and as vice president of the board of directors of the Nebraska Association of School Boards. Additionally, he is a past chairman and current member of the Board of Trustees of Goodwill Industries, Inc., and is past president of the Omaha Children’s Museum Board of Directors.

Cara Kirsch has joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska’s sales and marketing team as director of large and national account sales.

Kirsch previously was a sales executive with UnitedHealthcare, where she served in many roles including account management and sales. She also has experience as an employee benefits consultant.
