Located at 1336 West A Street, the new clinic shares a building with Complete Children’s Health and boasts a talented staff of nine, ranging in responsibilities from nursing to radiology technology, as well as disease management and immunizations.
Founded by Dr. Tim Sullivan, a family practice physician with more than 20 years of experience, the clinic is the culmination of a long-standing dream of Sullivan’s to run his own facility with state of the art technology and the most up-to-date features in the field. It is also up to code with all new changes in the diverse health care field.
The clinic is open six days a week and offers an online Patient Portal to make appointments, along with traditional phone and walk-in methods.
