The Sam & Louie’s Pizza Franchise at 1501 Pine Lake Road in Lincoln re-opened on June 28th with experienced restaurateurs Randy and Christie Cash at the helm. The re-opening kicked off with a friends and family event, raising over $1,000 for local YMCA Youth Sports.
Randy has over 33 years working for McDonalds® where he began as a crew member. He was promoted throughout his career and was supervising nine locations until deciding to step out on his own. Randy’s wife and business partner, Christie, also worked for McDonalds® as a manager.
Sam and Louie’s, a neighborhood pizzeria and Italian restaurant serves real, hand tossed New York style pizza made with signature sauce and fresh toppings and ingredients. Favorites like Italian pastas, calzones, strombolis, burgers, salads, chicken wings and a variety of appetizers are also on the menu. Guests can enjoy weekly specials. Many of the specialty and create your own pizzas, along with some other menu items can be made Gluten Free. Catering options are available for any occasion and group size.
