Kent E. Endacott, Jeffery T. Peetz and Patrick D. Timmer have announced the formation of their new law firm: Endacott, Peetz & Timmer. Thomas J. Fitchett has joined the law firm as an of-counsel member. Endacott Peetz & Timmer will focus on trust and estate law and community banking law. The law firm will assist closely held business owners, including, farmers and ranchers, with business succession planning and other transactions.
