A new pizzeria and restaurant is set to debut in Lincoln, in the Preserve Development located at Pioneers Boulevard and Lucille Drive.  MōMō Pizzeria & Ristorante will bring Lincoln a total slow food experience, pleasing the most discriminating palates of food fanatics, locavores, and culinary lovers.  While pizza is the main ingredient on the menu, MōMō will also serve a large selection of Cotorno (small plates, tapa’s and appetizers), pasta, salads, sandwiches and entrees with an acknowledgement of seasons.

Anthony Bonelli, MōMō’s CPO (Chief Pizza Officer) and Executive Chef, is creating an elevated dining experience with understated luxury for our local area.  The dining room is a rare blend of open space and easy intimacy.  MōMō will offer a 125 seat dining room, a 35 seat bar, unique outdoor setting, and wine cellar—all presented with a modern palette of Milan-inspired warm neutrals and natural elements.  The building and interior is designed by the talented combination of Studio 951 and Tammy Vande Gutche of New Age Design, Inc.  Manzitto Bros. is building the 8,600 square foot building of which the restaurant will occupy 4,500 square feet.  MōMō is set to open in late fall or early winter, serving lunch, dinner and late night dining.  For more information, please contact Anthony Bonelli at (402) 730-5559 or rdminc@hotmail.com.
