Max Muscle of Nebraska recently won their seventh consecutive Store of the Year award. This is the first time a Max Muscle franchise owner has ever won twice, let alone seven times. This honor was awarded directly to Chad Case, owner and operator of the Lincoln store.
As part of the selection process franchisees go through a rigorous process of multiple secret shopper visits, a strict corporate checklist of criteria the store must score high on, store performance and an anonymous client survey.
Originally, Max Muscle was opposed to opening the first Nebraska store in Lincoln, but Case was convinced that a Lincoln store was the way to go and that the brand would receive heavy support from area patrons. Case was right and the Franchise of the Year award for the seventh year has been proof positive.
