Lincoln Olive Oil Shop (lincolnoliveoilshop.com) recently hosted a ribbon cutting event with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce on July 15th to celebrate the grand reopening of the local resource for premium oils, vinegars and more! Now locally owned and operated by managing partner Rob Baker, Lincoln Olive Oil Shop officially opened for business on June 11th and will continue to offer the same great ultra-premium extra virgin olive oils and finely aged balsamic vinegars as before under the business’s previous name, Oliverde. The business has also added gourmet cheeses to its line-up along with offering cooking classes and special culinary events.
Located at 201 N. 7th Street, Suite 108, Lincoln Olive Oil Shop is set up as a free tasting bar of over 50 extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars for customers to sample and purchase. The store also carries spices, pastas, sauces, and gift baskets as well as offering the option to customize gift packages.
