HoriSun Hospice (www.horisunhospice.com) announces its new office location at 40th and Normal Blvd. The address of the new office is 2200 S. 40th Street, Suite 101. HoriSun Hospice moved locations in mid-June and the business occupies the west portion of the building.
HoriSun Hospice was founded in 2004 and provides help, hope and comfort to those facing a life-limiting illness. Its qualified interdisciplinary team of health care professionals and trained volunteers ensure that each individual receives the unique quality of care that they deserve.
The mission of HoriSun Hospice remains the same, which is to deliver the highest level of holistic hospice care with honor and respect for patients and their families. HoriSun’s Medical Director, Bob J. Bleicher, MD, is available to see and evaluate patients to ensure that their medical needs are being met, including home and facility visits if desired. Eligibility and admissions are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
