Charley Noble, a handcrafted goods gift shop located on South 17th Street, hosted its grand opening celebration on Friday, June 6.

The grand opening celebration began with a ribbon cutting ceremony by the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce at 3:30 p.m. The public was invited to attend, and guests received a 15 percent discount on all store items during the celebration until 6:00 p.m.

Attendees were welcome to stay and check out the store’s collection of handcrafted candles, worldly gift items, cards for any occasion, local art pieces, birthday and baby gifts, and various other handmade knits.

“Lincoln has a variety of artisans waiting to show their talent. My dream has always been to create a destination store in the heart of Lincoln that sells items you can’t find anywhere else,” says Hannah Juracek, Charley Noble store visionary.

Charley Noble is the newest addition to the up-and-coming Near South neighborhood, and the first fine boutique store in the area. The stylishly minimalist gift store exhibits emerging artists, worldly household items from Indonesia, wedding and birthday party gifts, handmade candles, and more.
