Blue Blood Brewing Holds Lincoln Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting

Blue Blood Brewing is pleased to announce they opened on December 7th and held a Lincoln Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting to celebrate on January 11th.

Blue Blood Brewing brews high quality ales with their inspiration coming directly from those whom the beer is named after.  Their business was born after Brian Podwinski retired from the Lincoln Police Department after being injured in 2006.  Since then, he was in search of his new career and opening the brewery fit perfectly with his love of brewing at home.

Blue Blood Brewing is focused on supplying great craft beer to the local market and working to use as many local products as possible.  They use some of the best ingredients possible to ensure the quality of their beer and want to work to give back to the community and want to have a positive role in the community.
