Back2Family has announced the company’s launch in Lincoln and Omaha in August to provide after-school help for working parents and busy families with school age children who will be returning back to the classroom.

Back2Family provides customized school age childcare, including after school transportation, brief errands, homework assistance, household tidying up, and meal preparation, allowing busy families time to relax and enjoy evenings together. Back2Family hires Family Partners who go through an extensive interview process and background check and are carefully selected and tailored to meet family needs.

Ty Delley, CEO, founded Back2Family after switching careers to be able to spend more time with her family, particularly between the hours of after school and dinnertime. She worked for nearly 20 years at Gallup, a research-based management consulting firm, and then changed to a more flexible consulting career.

“The flexibility of consulting allowed me to have more availability for my kids. What was evident from day one was that our evenings no longer consisted of lengthy checklists for everyone but an opportunity to spend more purposed, intentional time together. That’s when I knew that a service to help busy parents with after school obligations would be ideal for families,” Delley said.
