The Lincoln Human Resource Management Association (LHRMA) is pleased to announce their February meeting will be held Tuesday, February 12th from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm (luncheon) and 1:15-3:15 pm (workshop). Topics will be Top Motivational Strategies Impacting Employee Performance (luncheon) and Mastering the Art of Effective Communication (workshop). March Workshop Sneak Peak: Is Ignorance Bliss? HR for Small Business. On March 12th nationally renowned speaker Ray Weinberg, SPHR, presents on the top ten traps for small business HR; why HR is different for small business, what are the risks and the opportunities to watch for.
