At Strictly Business we take great pride in our tight-knit group of hard-working, friendly, and dedicated professionals — and as a small business with a handful of employees, most have a pretty impressive tenure with the company too.  But in the words of Bob Dylan from his legendary song title, “the times they are a changin’” here at Strictly Business.  This month we are not only proud to be celebrating the 22nd anniversary of our Lincoln magazine, but we are just as excited to introduce our readers to our new staff members whom we’ve recently welcomed to our team!

Photo-Tingleska-Hallum-Strictly-Business-Lincoln-NebraskaOn the production side of our publications, Tingleska Hallum has joined our company as a graphic designer in the Art Department. A recent graduate of Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA with a degree in graphic design and visual communications, Tingleska will focus on ad design and promotional materials.

The recent combination of our Lincoln and Omaha sales teams has allowed us to merge them into one powerhouse of account representatives who will be serving our clients in both markets.

We bid farewell to Angela Woltman, who has been a longtime member of the Strictly Business team and contributed profoundly to the growth and success of the magazine in her 15 years with the company.  We wish her nothing but the best and look forward to her many successes as she pursues her dream of being a business owner herself, which means you won’t have much time to miss her because we guarantee you’ll continue to see her around!

To complete the transition, we welcomed two new members to our sales team:  Tierney Tyan and Korina Domgard.

Tierney Tyan Strictly BusinessTierney is currently finishing up her degree in business with an emphasis in marketing at Southeast Community College, and as a career in sales is her ultimate goal along with her ideal academic background, she has been the perfect fit as a full-time account representative on our sales team and is already off to quite the impressive start.

Korina naKorina Domgard Strictly Businessturally possesses the personality, tenacity, and professionalism that we’d been looking for in filling our final part-time account representative position on the sales team, and we are proud to have her representing our company.  This will be her second job in addition to her current position as a full-time mother of her 5-year-old daughter Alexaundria.

Though we’ve gone through a major change in staff, the leadership of the company is still composed of the familiar faces who remain devoted to our mission at Strictly Business.

Our president, Paige Zutavern, remains at the head of operations and her day-to-day business is largely the same as it’s ever been – promoting our fantastic group of clients and welcoming new ones to the Strictly Business family, facilitating connections and staying on the networking grind, and being an actively involved member of the Lincoln community.

Mercedes Meza Strictly BusinessMercedes Meza is still the creative force at the head of our Art Department, as she has been for a majority of the last seven years with the company.  She is a woman of many talents; ad design is only one of those, with our website management, social media accounts, cover design and the layout of both magazines at the top of her list of responsibilities that she excels at.

Our editor, Amanda Wilson, celebrated her seAmanda Wilson Strictly Businesscond anniversary with Strictly Business in February, continuing full speed ahead with her passion for writing and staying on the pulse of the local business scene.

It’s an exciting time at Strictly Business and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for the new face of our company.  As with any company birthday, a “cheers” is in order:

Thanks to our loyal clients and our community for supporting us both on our journey to where we are today and on into our next chapter!
