Grafton & Associates, PC and P&L Technology

Over the years, Grafton & Associates has continued to look for ways to better serve their clients. They were using a support model in which all IT related issues had to run through a single internal employee before calling in their provider. The employee knew her time wasn’t being utilized properly and felt what they were doing was very inefficient. She questioned how she could serve her clients while spending countless hours on IT putting out fires. After meeting with P&L Technology to discuss their overall goals and expectations for support, they took a tour of P&L’s facilities and saw first hand that P&L’s culture was similar to theirs and they practiced what they preached. Grafton was impressed that P&L Technology had the overall accountability and measurements in place to ensure they executed the solution proposed. With the partnership with P&L Technology, Grafton’s employees can feel confident that technology won’t hold them back and they can serve their clients in the way they’ve grown accustomed to.
